AICH was born in the small town of Comilla in Bengal. In 1942 he joined the British Royal Air Force under the authority of colonial India and it was there that he began working out and shaping the muscles of the body. As a result, he won praise for his physical than his colleagues in the air force.
Several years later, he was put in prison when he protested the repression carried out by the invaders.
"In prison I started weight training seriously without any equipment, sometimes for 12 hours a day. It helped me prepare for the world championship," he recalls.
India's independence in 1947 made his escape from prison. Dirudung by poverty, AICH and his wife and their four children trying to survive.
Six decades later, AICH helps the children to run a sports and fitness center. Daily activity is spent on educating adolescents in order to obtain the desired shape.
However, a mild stroke which attacked him last year banned for not lifting heavy loads. Even so, he will oversee a rigorous to a young bodybuilder in training.

Not many know the name of Manohar AICH. But this Indian man was formerly known as the winner of Mr Universe bodybuilding world. Despite 100 years old, still going strong AICH.
According to him, to live in happiness and without tension is the key to a long age. Men who had been a prisoner in jail does not smoke and never touched alcohol.
He also did a simple diet of milk, fruits and vegetables along with rice, beans and fish that have made him healthy. All children, grandchildren and great-grandson gather to celebrate his birthday. In addition, Hindu priest comes to give a prayer to the man who is the winner of the Mr. Universe in 1952.
