Devil Caught on Camera Mars
NASA satellites captured a white shadow writhed on the surface of Mars. White shadow has an estimated 762 feet. Curious?
NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter captured this image using the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment (HiRISE) on 16 February. The dust devil was caught on camera as it passes Amazonis Planitia on Mars.
Although the planet's atmosphere is so thin, the wind is very strong on this planet and is powered by the sun. So strong, winds on the planet capable of creating such a dramatic event.
